Created within the AAAA, the PowHer Collective is our dedicated initiative supporting Black and Brown women in automotive and mobility. Through mentorship, leadership training, and visibility on national stages, PowHer is helping women rise, lead, and transform industries. Membership in the Collective is a bold step toward creating the future we deserve, together.​
