His leadership and innovation have driven major automotive organizations to new heights while championing diversity and excellence.

Kellie transforms and expands people, places, and brands through curated content, experiences, and products, believing in the transformative power of design. Drawing from her experiences in Detroit, a career in luxury, tech passion, and neuroscience interest, she founded B.L.A.C.K. (Black Luxury Alliance for Cultivated Kids), and its marquee event, Taste of Tech. These immersive experiences aim to unlock the destinies of black and brown youth by merging luxury, art, tech, and culture, showcasing the impact and contribution of these communities in the tech industry.

Pamela is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of expertise in learning and development, DEIB, instructional design, and social impact. She has made significant contributions across various sectors, including K-12 education and corporate entities, and has collaborated with notable organizations like SEMA, Performance Racing Institute, The KIPP Charter School Foundation, The University of Chicago, and UNCF. Through her organization, EPN, Pamela delivers impactful programs renowned for their transformative impact and remains dedicated to innovation in training pedagogy to enhance learning retention and execution.

Kyle Mayers has over a decade of experience in tech and cybersecurity, having worked with prominent organizations like the FBI and Bank of America. In 2023, he pivoted to create WheelPrice, a marketplace for car enthusiasts to buy and sell wheels. This venture combines his passions for technology and car culture, reflecting his innovative spirit and deep industry knowledge.

Jeremey Miller brings a wealth of experience and leadership as a board member, serving as the Executive Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for the YMCA of the Capital Area in Baton Rouge, LA. He plays a pivotal role as the Backbone Facilitator for My Brother's Keeper Baton Rouge and serves as Program Director for their Boys and Young Men of Color Strategy. Jeremey's entrepreneurial spirit extends across Real Estate and Early Childhood Education sectors. He is also the visionary Founder of Men of Business Academy, a non-profit organization committed to empowering young men to seize control of their personal and professional destinies by fostering entrepreneurship and achieving financial independence

Dystany Spurlock is a multifaceted professional, combining her talents as an actress, brand ambassador, and motorsports racer. She has been a SAG-AFTRA member since 2020, appeared in various film and TV projects, and has been racing since she was 17. From motorcycles to arena cars and formula cars, Dystany showcases her passion for both two and four-wheel sports. Her diverse background and being one of the only African American women in motorsports give her a unique perspective on the industry, making her an inspiring example for people of all ages.
